The company reserves the right not to accept return of goods correctly supplied to customers’ orders.No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from Trefoil Head Oce and then only goods in as new condition, in original pack and pack unit quantity will be accepted. Please note we require any returns done in writing and agreed upon before any return will be accepted. A copy of the original invoice to accompany returns.8. Discontinued products, products not appearing in the catalogue, nonstandard, specically manufactured products with R.S.A. and/or products specially printed or processed to customers’ orders will not be accepted for return. Customers returning goods can be subject to a charge of 15% handling fee.9. Products listed as stock items and normally available ex-stock shall, if temporarily out of stock, be placed on back order and supplied at earliest available date, unless written instructions to contrary are received.10. The supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature consequent upon late or defective delivery or failure to deliver at any cause.11. Terms: Payment in our hands within 30 days of date of statement is entitled to a 2.5% settlement discount. Over 30 days – The supplier reserves the right to withhold supplies and or withdraw the credit facility granted. New customers are supplied for 6 months on a C.O.D. basis whereafer a credit facility will be considered upon application. C.O.D. terms are nett.
