In the spirit of fostering a healthy lifestyle in our staff, Trefoil ran a Biggest Loser competition in our office from 1 September to 31 November. We were overjoyed to see the amazing response from the 24 participants.
Congratulations to Chantel Uys, the overall winner of the challenge. We would also like to thank everyone else who took part for their passion and congratulate them on gaining healthier lives.
